I am a fully trained Art Psychotherapist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). I offer private online therapy sessions for both adults and children.

I have extensive experience working within clinical and educational settings, including:

• CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services): I provided therapeutic care within an outpatient hospital setting.

• The Priory Hospital, Roehampton: I facilitated both group and individual art psychotherapy sessions for inpatients and outpatients.

• Educational Settings: I have worked across numerous primary and secondary schools throughout the United Kingdom, supporting children and adolescents with a range of emotional, social and mental health needs.

Before qualifying as a psychotherapist, I worked as an illustrator. I was initially drawn to the imaginative and playful nature of illustration, particularly the process of creating stories and communicating through non-verbal methods. Over time, I began to notice how subconscious thoughts and feelings could surface within my artwork, acting as a direct reflection of my internal state.

Today, I continue to maintain my own art practice as a way of exploring myself and gaining greater insight into my own internal world.

Over the years, I have developed a deep fascination with Eastern culture and have spent prolonged periods travelling throughout different parts of Asia. These experiences sparked a lifelong curiosity and opened up new perspectives on how we understand ourselves and our internal worlds. I believe that both Eastern and Western psychology hold valuable insights, and I draw upon elements of both traditions within my clinical practice.

Grounded in my own personal therapeutic journey, I believe that learning to accept the present moment can be a powerful tool for growth. I aim to create a warm, supportive and non-judgemental environment where I gently guide clients to tune into uncomfortable feelings, encouraging them to remain curious and compassionate towards whatever arises.
